Red Lentil Dahl Mix
A preblended mix of organic spices and split red lentils.
In a saucepan, add 1 cup of dahl mix with 3 cups of water. Bring to the boil and let simmer until the lentils are soft (approx. 30 mins). Remove bay leaves. Serve with steamed or stir-fried greens (e.g. broccoli, kale or spinach) and coconut rice.
